Rady Elkasas, Full-Stack Web Developer. You bring the idea. I build the whole product.

Full-Stack Web Developer

You bring the idea. I build the whole product.

Freelance, based in Giza, Egypt. Building for clients worldwide.

You bring the idea. I build the whole product, from the first screen to the server it runs on, and hand it over working the way you pictured it.

Design, frontend, backend, database, payments, deployment: one developer owns all of it, so nothing gets lost between a designer, an agency and three contractors. That’s how I’ve shipped SaaS platforms, school systems and multi-tenant dashboards.

I care about the details most developers skip: loading and empty states, edge cases on every screen size, fast pages, and the small interactions that make a product feel finished, not just functional.

Selected work

Real products, built end to end and running in production: SaaS platforms, dashboards and sites for startups and businesses.

Project 1 / 5: Koda AI — SaaS Platform

    Full-stack SaaS1 / 5

    Koda AI — SaaS Platform

AI image-generation SaaS that lets anyone create high-quality images from a prompt. Built and launched solo, end to end: an Arabic-first Next.js and TypeScript frontend with NextAuth, i18n and Zod; a Node.js and Express API on PostgreSQL and Prisma that integrates OpenRouter and fal.ai behind credit-based billing; and the user dashboard. Deployed with Docker and Coolify on a VPS, with daily backups and continuous deployment.

Getly — Brand & Graphic Designer Portfolio

A portfolio website for GETLY, an Egyptian brand and graphic designer. It presents selected branding work, the disciplines on offer (photo manipulation, social media design and thumbnails), full case studies and a direct contact flow, in a dark, image-led design that keeps the work front and centre. Future Code — Company Website

The website of Future Code, an Egyptian software company that builds and runs academic management systems (SIS + LMS) for schools, universities and training centres, and custom software for businesses. I built the entire frontend: Arabic-first and bilingual (Arabic/English), covering the hero, the company story, the pathways for educational institutions and development services, and the demo-booking flow, bringing its dark, cinematic design to life with clear, responsive pages.

What I can build for you

From a rough idea to a product in production. Pick the piece you need, or hand me the whole thing.

From first call to launch

A clear six-step process, refined on SaaS products, school platforms and client sites since 2023. You always know what’s happening, what’s next, and what you’re getting.

  1. Step 01Discovery

    The first call

We talk about your business, your users and what success looks like. I ask the awkward questions early — who it’s for, what must ship first, what can wait — so nothing surprises us later.

    You get

    • Intro call
    • Goals & users
    • Honest fit check

On recordRequirements gathered directly with clients since 2023. No middlemen.

  2. Step 02Planning

    Scope & plan

I turn the conversation into a written scope: pages and user flows, the stack, milestones and a timeline. You approve it before a single line of code is written.

    You get

    • Written scope
    • User flows
    • Milestones & timeline

On recordA stack chosen for the job: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL.

  3. Step 03Look & feel

    Design

Wireframes first, then polished UI in Figma on a small design system, so every screen feels like the same product. Arabic and RTL layouts are designed in from day one, not bolted on.

    You get

    • Wireframes
    • Figma UI
    • Design system

On recordArabic-first, RTL interfaces shipped for schools across Saudi Arabia (Nuhieh).

  4. Step 04Development

    Build

I build in Next.js and TypeScript with reusable, accessible components wired to your APIs. You get a live preview link and regular updates, so you watch the product take shape.

    You get

    • Live preview link
    • Reusable components
    • i18n & accessibility

On recordKoda AI, built solo end to end: Next.js frontend, Node.js + PostgreSQL backend, credit billing.

  5. Step 05Quality

    Test & launch

Every screen is checked across browsers and devices, tuned for speed and SEO, then deployed with continuous delivery and backups in place. Launch day is a non-event, and that’s the point.

    You get

    • Cross-browser QA
    • Performance & SEO
    • Deploy & CI/CD

On recordKoda AI runs on a VPS with Docker and Coolify, daily backups and continuous deployment.

  6. Step 06Partnership

    Handover & care

You get the code, the accounts and clear docs. After launch I stay on for fixes, new features and maintenance, and can automate the busywork around your product with n8n.

    You get

    • Source & docs
    • Maintenance
    • n8n automations

On recordOngoing maintenance for freelance clients in Egypt and Saudi Arabia since 2023.

The first call is where every project starts.

Questions clients ask

Can you build my whole product, not just the frontend?

Yes. I handle the full stack: UI and UX design, the frontend in Next.js and React, the backend and APIs in Node.js, the PostgreSQL database, sign-in, roles and payments, and deployment. You work with one developer from idea to launch.

I only have an idea. Is that enough to start?

Yes. Most projects start as a conversation. On the first call we pin down who it’s for and what must ship first. Then I write a scope with user flows, the stack, milestones and a timeline, and you approve it before any code is written.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

SaaS products and MVPs, web platforms such as course and school systems, custom dashboards and admin panels, landing pages and business websites, and AI automations with n8n.

How will I know the result matches what I imagined?

You watch it take shape. Designs come first for your approval, then you get a live preview link and regular updates during the build, so you can steer it before launch, not after.

Do you work with clients outside Egypt?

Yes. I’m based in Giza, Egypt and work remotely with clients in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and anywhere else. I build in English and Arabic, with full right-to-left support.

What happens after launch?

You own the code, the accounts and the documentation. I stay on for fixes, new features and maintenance, and can automate the busywork around your product with n8n.

How do I start a project with you?

Email me, message me on WhatsApp, or book a consultation through the chat on this site. Tell me what you want built; I usually reply within a few hours.

Tell me what you want built.

An idea for a SaaS, a platform, a dashboard or a website? I’ll turn it into a working product, start to finish. I typically reply within a few hours.
